Today was the best day of 2008. IT FINALLY RAINED HERE! It really rained. Almost all day! It barely ever does. We have had one brief shower/sprinking this year. That just doesn't cut it. So today my prayers were answered. It poured and thundered and the irrigation ditches turned into fast moving streams. I was in heaven. It smelled great, sounded great, felt great, looked great. Great, great, great.
And to make the day EVEN better- my first nephew was born this morning at 7:55 am. Yippee!!!
