Cuyler & I went out on a dinner date on Tuesday night. We ended up at SPARK, which is a newer restaurant in downtown Provo. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The food was beyond heavenly. I am not sure who their chef is or where they got him/her, but I can't wait to go back and eat there again. Wow.
Atmosphere was cool, service was superb, food was unbeatable.
I had been having the worst day ever. I was so crabby, tired, sore, depressed, short tempered, mad at someone, & frustated with something. But my experience at SPARK turned everything around. That food has a magical healing power.

but we have to go there next time we visit!!
there was a gal at the table next to us that had a HUGE camera lens who ordered almost everything on the menu and shot pictures of each thing before her date ate the item. i was thinking she must have a food blog- but no way as good as Jane's! actually I think she must be have been doing some work for the restaurant.
